Shipping & Delivery
Please understand that delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control such as severe weather, logistical challenges with delivery partners, traffic conditions, customs delays for international shipments, and public holidays. We always do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on (1) your delivery location or zone, (2) the weight or volume of your order, and (3) the delivery speed you choose (if express options are available in your area). You will see the exact delivery charge at checkout before you complete your order.
Availability to Receive Delivery
You must be available to receive your delivery, either personally or through a designated person. If delivery attempts fail because no one is available, the package will be returned to our facility and your delivery fee will be forfeited. We will contact you to discuss next steps: you may reschedule delivery (additional delivery fees may apply), collect the order from our facility, or request a refund (delivery fees and any additional loss incurred will be deducted).
Delivery Address
Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. If you provide an incorrect address and the order is delivered there, we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may pay additional delivery fees for redelivery or request a refund minus delivery fees and any restocking charges incurred.
Risk of loss or damage: The risk of loss or damage to your products passes to you when we deliver them to the address you specified.
Checking Your Order When It Arrives
When your order is delivered, we strongly encourage you to inspect the products immediately (or as soon as reasonably possible). Check that you received the correct items and quantities, inspect for visible damage, confirm seals are intact, and verify expiry dates.
If products arrive damaged, defective, or spoiled, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please have your order number ready and—if possible—send photos. Keep the product and original packaging as we may need to inspect them. Where applicable, we will arrange collection of the damaged/defective product at no cost to you, and after inspection we will send a replacement or issue a refund according to this policy.
If you receive incorrect items/quantities or items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours. We will verify what happened and either deliver missing/correct items at no additional cost or refund the affected items—whichever you prefer.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may be able to return it according to the terms below.
Eligibility for Return
- Damaged, defective, or spoiled products: return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Wrong product delivered or wrong quantity: report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Missing items: report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Quality issues (product does not meet acceptable quality standards): you have up to 7 days from delivery to request a return.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns (except in cases of damage/defects) for:
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging (health & safety)
- Products that have passed 50% of their shelf life from delivery date
- Custom or special-order products made to your requirements
- Clearance-sale products (unless defective)
How to Return a Product
To start a return, contact us within the applicable timeframe via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Provide your order number, product details, reason for return, and (if relevant) photos showing damage/defects. If approved, we will send return instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels intact.
For damaged/defective returns, we will arrange and pay for collection. Once we receive the item, we inspect it (typically 3–5 business days, or as reasonably possible). Based on inspection, we may approve or deny the return. If approved, we will process a refund or replacement according to your preference.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds go back to the original payment method: card refunds return to the same card; bank transfer payments are refunded to your bank account; and cash payments made on our premises are refunded via bank transfer.
Exchanges
We can offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value (subject to stock availability). If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. Exchange requests must be made within the same timeframes as return requests.
Please note: our products are perishable and have limited shelf life. We are not liable for spoilage or expiry that occurs after delivery in good condition. After delivery, you are responsible for proper storage according to product label instructions.
