Terms of Service
Green Unison Limited (RC: 7404426)
Last Updated: November 24, 2025
1. Introduction and Acceptance
1.1 Agreement to Terms
Thank you for choosing Green Unison Limited (Green Unison, We, Us or Our). We are a Nigerian based Agro-processing company dedicated to producing premium natural flours, herbs, essential oils, hydrosols, seeds, and seedlings using sustainable methods and renewable energy.
These Terms of Service (Terms of Service, Terms, Agreement) explain the rules and expectations for purchasing and using our products. By buying our products, whether through our website, mobile application, retail partners, or direct purchase, you (Customer, You, Your) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not make a purchase or use our services.
We have written these terms in plain language to make them easy to understand while protecting both your rights and ours.
1.2 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the last updated date at the top of this document and post the revised Terms on our website. If you continue to use our services after we have made changes, that means you accept the new Terms.
For significant changes that might affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you when you next visit our website.
1.3 Additional Terms
Some of our products or special promotions may have additional terms and conditions that apply specifically to them. When that happens, we are going to present those additional terms to you at the relevant time, and they would work together with these general Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Individuals
To purchase products from Green Unison, you must be at least 18 years old. This age requirement exists because we need you to have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us. When you place an order, you are confirming that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Business Purchases
If you are buying our products on behalf of a business, company, or other organization, you are confirming that you have the proper authority to bind that organization to these Terms. This means your employer or the organization has given you permission to make purchases on their behalf and commit them to the obligations in this agreement.
3. Products and Services
At Green Unison, we process and distribute a wide range of premium natural products. Our main product categories include processed flours, grains, dried herbs and botanicals, essential oils and infused oils, floral waters, plant seeds and seedlings.
3.1 Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to present our products accurately on our website, packaging, and marketing materials. This includes providing detailed descriptions, clear images, nutritional information, and ingredient lists. However, please understand that product images are meant to be illustrative. The actual product you receive may look slightly different from the photos due to natural variations in agricultural products, different screen settings on your device, or updates to our packaging design. The weights and measurements we list are as accurate as possible, though slight variations may occur within acceptable industry tolerances.
3.2 Product Availability
All our products are subject to availability. While we work hard to maintain adequate stock levels, there may be times when a product is temporarily out of stock. This can happen due to seasonal availability of raw materials, higher than expected demand, or supply chain factors. We cannot guarantee that every product will always be available when you want to order it.
We reserve the right to modify our product formulations, change recipes, update packaging designs, or discontinue products as needed. This allows us to respond to customer feedback, improve our offerings, and adapt to changing market conditions. If we discontinue a product you have ordered, we would notify you and offer you the choice of accepting a substitute product of equal value or receiving a full refund.
3.3 Product Quality and Safety
Our products are processed in our NAFDAC-certified facility that follows Good Manufacturing Practice standards. We use energy-efficient dehydrators to dry chemical-free flours and herbs under controlled temperatures to preserve nutrients and ensure safety. Ingredients and finished goods are kept in airtight, food-safe containers to protect against moisture and contamination. Orders are sealed in moisture- and oxygen-barrier pouches to maintain freshness during transit.
We grind using electric stainless steel, food-grade machines for a clean, consistent particle size. For floral waters, hydrosols, and essential oils, our team supervises distillation to ensure pure, high-quality extracts. Seeds are harvested in ideal conditions, stored properly, and sold fresh; seedlings are raised to be healthy and ready to thrive. We also make limited-size runs, lot-code every batch, and record moisture targets.
We package everything in food-grade, moisture-safe materials designed to keep your products fresh until they reach you. Food safety is our top priority. All our products are labeled with expiry dates and storage instructions. We strongly encourage you to check these dates and follow the storage guidelines to ensure the best quality and safety.
3.4 Allergen Information
Please pay special attention to our allergen information. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please carefully review the ingredient and allergen warnings on product labels before purchasing. When in doubt, contact us for specific allergen information about any product.
We would not be liable for allergic reactions or adverse health effects unless it is caused by our gross negligence.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Our Prices
All our prices are stated in Nigerian Naira. The prices you see on our website, in our stores, or in our marketing materials may change at any time without prior notice. However, once you place an order, the price that applies to you is the price that was displayed when you completed your order, subject to the pricing error provision explained below.
Our listed prices include Value Added Tax at the current tax rate. Delivery charges are separate from product prices and are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight or volume of your order. You will see the delivery charge clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4.2 Payment Method
We accept several payment methods to make it convenient for you to shop with us. For online orders, you can pay using debit or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Verve. We also accept bank transfers and USSD mobile payments. Kindly note that we do not accept payment on delivery. Customers with approved corporate accounts may qualify for payment terms such as Net 15 or Net 30 days.
4.3 Payment Processing
When you make an online payment, your payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit or debit card information on our systems. Your payment data is encrypted and handled according to industry security standards. By providing your payment information and completing a purchase, you are authorizing us to charge the total amount due, which includes the product cost, delivery fees, and applicable taxes.
4.4 Payment Terms for Corporate Customers
For corporate customers who want payment terms beyond immediate payment, we offer credit arrangements subject to credit approval. These payment terms can be modified or revoked based on your payment history. If payments become late, we charge interest at 2% per month. If your account becomes overdue by more than 15 days, we reserve the right to suspend future deliveries until the account is brought current.
4.5 Pricing Errors
Despite our best efforts, pricing errors can occasionally occur on our website or in our materials. If we discover that a product was incorrectly priced after you have placed an order, we would contact you right away to explain the situation. You then have the option to either proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a full refund. If the correct price is actually lower than what was displayed, we would automatically charge you the lower amount and process your order.
4.6 Promotional Pricing and Discounts
We sometimes run promotions and offer discounts to our customers. Promotional prices and discount codes are valid for the period stated in the promotion and generally cannot be combined with other offers unless we explicitly say so. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
4.7 Bulk Orders
Contact us at mail@greenunison.com for volume discounts and special pricing on bulk purchase.
5. Placing and Confirming Your Order
You can place orders with us through several convenient channels. These include our website at greenunison.com, WhatsApp Business line 0810 304 3789, via email, or visit us at Bl 1, Alagbala Estate, Iperu Remo, Ogun State.
When placing an order, please make sure to provide us with accurate and complete information. This includes a correct delivery address, a valid phone number and email address where we can reach you, complete payment information, and any special delivery instructions that might help our delivery team find you or leave your package safely.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons. These might include situations where the product is unavailable, where there was a pricing or product description error, where we suspect the transaction might be fraudulent, where there are issues with payment or credit, where the delivery address is outside our service area, or where we believe the order violates these Terms in some way. If we cancel your order after you have already paid, we would issue you a full refund within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, you can do so before we dispatch it by contacting us immediately. Keep in mind that modification requests depend on product availability and might affect the final price and delivery time. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel it anymore, but you can return the products in accordance with our return policy.
For most retail customers ordering through our website or app, there’s no minimum order value, though delivery fees will apply to all orders. For bulk or institutional customers, minimum order requirements may apply depending on the products and delivery location. We would communicate any such minimums to you when you inquire about bulk ordering.
6. Delivery and Shipping
We currently deliver products throughout Nigeria, with our primary delivery zones being Ogun State and other major cities. We offer nationwide delivery to all states, though delivery times and fees vary depending on how far you are from our main distribution points.
For our international customers, we ship to different countries including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Ghana, among others.
For full delivery details, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Product Safety and Warranties
8.1 Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality and safety of our products. We warrant that all our products are produced in accordance with NAFDAC standards, are fit for the required usage when used according to instructions, are free from contamination and adulteration at the time we dispatch them, and meet the specifications and descriptions we have provided. This warranty remains valid until the expiry date printed on the product packaging.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
However, there are legal limits to what we can be held liable for. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NIGERIAN LAW, we provide products “as is” beyond the specific warranties we have just described. We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse health effects unless they are caused by contamination or a breach of our warranty. We are not responsible for problems arising from misuse of products, improper storage, or consumption after the expiry date. We are not liable for health conditions or issues that existed before you consumed our products. We are also not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages such as loss of income, business interruption, or emotional distress.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to our products is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question. This means if you paid ten thousand naira for a product and have a valid claim, the most we would owe you is that ten thousand naira.
8.3 Disclaimer
While we process our products to the highest standards, we need to be clear that we cannot guarantee products are one hundred percent allergen free if other allergens are processed in the same facility. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before purchasing to discuss the specific product you are interested in.
IMPORTANT HEALTH DISCLAIMERS:
- Essential Oils & Herbs: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult healthcare professionals before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
- Seeds & Seedlings: We cannot guarantee germination rates or plant survival. Success depends on soil, climate, watering, and care, all beyond our control.
- Food Items: Food items are intended for consumption; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have dietary concerns or medical conditions, you should consult your healthcare provider before consuming our products.
8.4 Product Recall
In the unlikely event that we need to recall a product, we will notify customers who purchased the affected batch if we have their contact information, post recall notices on our website and social media, report to NAFDAC and other relevant authorities, and arrange for the return or proper disposal of affected products. If you have a recalled product, stop using it immediately and contact us for return and refund instructions. You will receive a full refund or replacement for any recalled product.
9. Our Brand and Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
All the intellectual property rights in our website, product names, logos, trademarks, packaging designs, marketing materials, content, and branding belong exclusively to Green Unison Limited. This includes the “Green Unison” name and logo, our product names and packaging designs, all website content and images, and our recipes and formulations, which are trade secrets.
Several elements are registered or pending registration as trademarks of Green Unison Limited, including the GREEN UNISON word mark and logo, along with other product names and trademarks we have developed.
9.2 Restrictions on Use
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner
- Copy or reproduce our content or create derivative works from it
- Attempt to reverse engineer or discover our recipes or formulations
- Use our products for commercial resale without an authorized distributor agreement
- Frame or mirror content from our website
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on our materials
9.3 User Generated Content
If you post reviews, comments, photos, or other content on our website or social media channels, you are granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. By submitting content, you are representing that you own all rights to that content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion, particularly if it violates our policies or is inappropriate.
10. Prohibited Uses
When you use our products or services, you agree not to use them for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Transmitting harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
- Interfering with or disrupting our website or services
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Impersonating Green Unison or our representatives
- Using automated systems like bots or scrapers to access our website
- Reselling products without proper authorization
- Altering, repackaging, or relabeling our products
- Making false or misleading claims about our products
Violation of these prohibitions may result in us pursuing legal action where appropriate. These restrictions help us protect our business, maintain the integrity of our platform, and ensure a fair and safe experience for all our customers.
11. Privacy Policy
We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
12. Resolving Disputes
If you have any complaint or dispute with us, we ask that you contact us first to try to resolve it informally. You can reach our customer service support at support@greenunison.com, and we will make every effort to resolve your issue amicably within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.
If informal resolution does not work, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation or arbitration. The mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed mediator in Ogun State.
If mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria. The arbitration will take place in Ogun State, be conducted in English, and involve one arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.
Waiver of Class Action: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You also agree that any claim must be brought within one year from the date the cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.
13. Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NIGERIAN LAW, we provide our products and services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind beyond what we have explicitly stated. We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace defective products as described in our warranty. We do not make implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what is required by law.
Green Unison, along with our directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of our products and services will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to certain situations where the law does not allow us to limit liability. Specifically, we cannot limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Nigerian law.
14. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Read all product labels and instructions carefully
- Store products properly
- Check expiration dates before use
- Don’t use products with damaged or tampered packaging
- Keep products away from children where appropriate
- Provide correct contact and delivery information when ordering
- Follow storage instructions on labels to maintain freshness and quality
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Unison and everyone associated with us from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products or services, your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property rights, any false or misleading information you provided to us, or your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
15. Force Majeure (Events Beyond our Control)
Products are perishable and have limited shelf life. We are not liable for spoilage or expiry that occurs after the product has been delivered to you in good condition. You are responsible for proper storage in accordance with product labels.
Sometimes circumstances beyond anyone’s reasonable control can affect our ability to fulfill our obligations. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events such as:
- Acts of God like floods, earthquakes, or pandemics
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions including embargoes or sanctions
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Raw material shortages
- Transportation disruptions
- Utility failures or internet outages
- Any other events that are truly beyond our reasonable control
During such force majeure events, our performance obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if a force majeure event affects your order and will work with you to find an acceptable solution.
16. Special Terms for Bulk Buyers
If you are purchasing products in bulk or on behalf of an institution such as a restaurant, hotel, catering company, food manufacturer, or retailer, additional terms may apply to your orders.
Bulk orders may have specific minimum order quantity requirements depending on the product type. We will communicate these minimums to you before you place your order. Volume discounts are available for bulk orders, and we can provide custom pricing for long-term supply contracts. Pricing quotations for bulk orders are typically valid for thirty days.
Payment terms for bulk orders may differ from regular retail purchases. Corporate accounts may qualify for credit terms such as Net 15 or Net 30 days, subject to credit approval and ongoing payment performance. First-time bulk customers may be required to provide advance payment or a deposit.
Delivery arrangements for bulk orders are made based on order volume and your location. Bulk orders may require longer lead times, typically three to seven days from order placement. If you need delivery to multiple locations, additional charges may apply.
For customers with regular bulk ordering needs, we strongly recommend entering into a formal Supply Agreement with us. This provides benefits such as:
- Guaranteed pricing for a specified period
- Priority order fulfillment
- Flexible payment terms tailored to your business
- A dedicated account manager who understands your needs
- Explicit quality assurance guarantees
We may also accommodate custom orders such as specific spice blends, custom packaging, or private labeling. These are subject to minimum order quantities, lead time requirements typically ranging from four to eight weeks, additional fees for the customization work, and separate specific terms and conditions. Custom orders are generally non-returnable except in cases of defects or quality issues on our part.
Contact our team to discuss Supply Agreement options.
17. International and Export Orders
We ship to various international destinations including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ghana, and other countries. International orders have some special considerations you should understand.
International orders can be quoted in various currencies including US dollars, British pounds, euros, or Nigerian naira, depending on what makes sense for your destination. The prices we quote for international orders include export-grade packaging but exclude international shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes in your country.
International shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times range from seven to twenty-one days, though this varies by country and how quickly customs clearance occurs. We ship via reputable international carriers such as DHL and FedEx.
A critical point about international orders: You, the customer, are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by your country. These charges are separate from our product prices and shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount. We are also not responsible for delays that occur during customs clearance in your country.
We provide all necessary export documentation. However, you are responsible for ensuring that you can legally import our products into your country. We cannot be held liable if your order is seized, rejected, or destroyed by customs authorities due to non-compliance with local regulations. This is why we strongly encourage you to research your country’s import requirements before ordering.
Due to the logistical complexities and customs considerations involved, international orders are generally non-returnable. However, exceptions exist for products damaged during international shipping (in which case insurance claims may apply), products that are significantly different from what we described, or defective products that we have verified as defective. If you need to return an international order for one of these reasons, you would be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the error was clearly on our part.
For international orders, we require full payment before shipment. Please be aware that exchange rate fluctuations between the time you receive a quote and the time you make payment can affect the final price in your local currency.
18. Changes to Our Products and Services
Running a business requires flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. We reserve the right to modify product formulations or recipes, change ingredient when necessary, update packaging designs, discontinue any product without prior notice, adjust pricing or delivery fees, modify our service terms, and update our website, or ordering systems.
While we reserve these rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes through website announcements, or social media updates. We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from changes we make to our products or services.
19. How We Communicate with You
We may need to send you notices or communications from time to time. We can do this through several channels including email to the address you provided, posting announcements on our website, mobile app and social media pages.
Notices are considered received at different times depending on the method. Email notices are deemed received immediately upon our sending them, whether or not you actually read them. Website postings are effective immediately when we post them.
If you need to send us formal legal notices, you can email them to our legal department at legal@greenunison.com or send them via physical mail to our registered office address. For regular customer service matters, you can reach out to supports@greenunison.com (or support@greenunison.com), but formal legal notices specifically should go to the legal channels to ensure proper handling.
20. Legal Provisions That Help Both of Us
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If that is not possible, that provision will be removed from these Terms. Either way, all the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Waiver: If we do not enforce a particular right or provision of these Terms at some point, that does not mean we have given up that right permanently. Waivers only count if they are in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Green Unison.
General Legal Terms: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and any additional terms we present to you for specific products or services, make up the entire agreement between you and Green Unison. This complete agreement replaces and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements we may have had, whether those were written or verbal.
These Terms are governed by and will be interpreted according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to our dispute resolution provisions, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts with jurisdiction in Ogun State.

22. Your Acknowledgment
By placing an order, clicking an “I Accept” button, otherwise accessing or using our products or services, you are acknowledging several important things.
You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service in their entirety. You agree to be bound by all provisions in these Terms. You confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age, or if you’re younger, that you have parental or guardian consent to make purchases. You represent that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete. You accept the limitations of liability, disclaimers, and dispute resolution provisions we have outlined. You understand and accept our return and refund policy. You consent to receiving electronic communications from us as described in these Terms. You agree to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use our products or services. Continuing to use our services after we update these Terms means you accept the updated version.
